A community event for 18-24 year olds.

Whether you just want to take stock at the end of the year or need time to look at what might lie beyond University and the life of study, these few days by sea in a beautiful part of Wales could be a great help.

The group participating has in recent years has been made up largely of former pupils from Jesuit schools in Britain and Ireland, or those who have come across Ignatian spirituality on retreat or elsewhere.

The week begins with a day of relaxation, and then we move into a pattern of reflective exercises, prayer, and making the most of the beautiful surroundings. We self-cater and have plenty of time just to relax and enjoy each others company. Mass and a prayerful review of each day are important parts of the rhythm of the week.
